COMPASS SURVEY

Our school will once again be participating in the Compass Survey. Researchers from the University of Waterloo will ask students to complete a 35-minute questionnarie about healthy eating, physical activity, sedentary behaviour, smoking, alcohol and marijuana-use, and bullying. The survey is confidential nad no names are written on the surveys. Please see attached letter.
